cc2d539e80 Respect "nosensor" and "locked" with ignoreOrientationRequest being set 
In this implementation, we always resolve the orientation for a
component as the ignoreOrientationRequest was disabled. We then
use the actual flag when deciding the display orientation and when
querying from a descendent to handle the orientation change itself.

Main use case why this is important is Camera apps that rely on those
properties to ensure that they will be able to determine Camera preview
orientation correctly

453c9ee2b7 [Unicast] Won't show "active" when changing active from HS to LEHS 
if the 'active device' is in the member device list, then the main
device is active and then updating the main device's state.

Test: build pass.

10555300ab Populate data sizes in audio egress metrics 
The stream and metadata sizes are summed across all HotwordAudioStreams
in the HotwordDetectedResult. Also logged the same byte sizes.

Bug: 244599440
Test: `statsd_testdrive 578` with sample app. The sizes in the metrics
are the same as the ones logged, and the values are in line with what
the sample app is sending in the HotwordDetectedResult.
