91d64821fa Add Latency Logs to Autofill Server 
Test: manual build + manual test of logging, cts tests added later

This adds the following latency metrics:
1. fill_request_sent_timestamp_ms, set when frameworks requests a
   FillRequest from the autofill provider

2. fill_response_received_timestamp_ms, set when autofill provider provides a FillResponse

3. suggestion_sent_timestamp_ms, set when framework sends the FillResponse suggestions to be displayed

4. suggestion_presented_timestamp_ms, set when the suggestions are actually displayed

df2b3ed21f [Unicast] Update the icons in LEA device settings as headphones icon 
This is the step#1 at comment, changing ic_bt_le_audio.xml to the
same icon as ic_bt_headset_hfp.xml so that we display all LE audio
devices as headphones for now because right now all LE audio devices
are earbuds or headphones.

ac4038295f increase HotwordAudioStream copy chunk size 
Each read to the read end of the HotwordAudioStream pipe provided by the
HotwordDetectionService is now performed with 32KB size. This request
will return early with whatever bytes are available to be read.

The reason for increasing the default buffer size is to improve the
throughput latency of data egressed from the HotwordDetectionService.

Reason for revert: bugs related to conversation shortcuts can lead to system retaining shortcuts exceeding this number, causing crashes in chat apps such as whatsapp, messages ... e.t.c

fc6b5a31a9 [Bouncer] Refine entry animation scrimmed. 
Bouncer is set to visible before animation begins which causes the
bouncer to flicker.

a31610f23a Don't update the standby bucket for apps that were just restored. 
This prevents an app's bucket from being lowered due to a timeout if the
app hasn't been used since it was restored.
