898cffe65c [Ongoing Call] Remove TODOs that are no longer relevant. 
- system_gestures_start_threshold shouldn't ever change size.
- statusBarHeight does seem like the appropriate dimension to use to
determine the appropriate gesture area.

fbbaffca33 [Ongoing Call] Only listen for the swipe gesture while in immersive 
mode.

Test: manual: Do a swipe up on the status bar while not in immersive,
then open a landscape immersive app and verify the status bar still
shows (i.e. it wasn't dismissed by the previous swipe)

3725e9c638 Attempt 2 for adding OWNERS for SNTP code 
Commit e5ad129716 combined with pending
reviews demonstrated the OWNERS syntax has quirks and it is not working
as intended.

Documentation used:
https://android-review.googlesource.com/plugins/code-owners/Documentation/backend-find-owners.html#syntax

The syntax guide recommends that patterns like sub-dir/* aren't used as
they can cause problems when renaming directories; better to have OWNERS
in the sub-dir. The pattern sntp/* didn't appear to be working (perhaps
because of spaces).

b03823f4dc AOD - Notif icon location 
Support a mode where icons are visible on AOD with the large
clock. This means shifting both smartspace and icons when switching
between large/small clocks.

Also: Continue to remove old keyguard flag
Also: Add a couple logs for smartspace, let
LockscreenSmartspaceController handle disconnect directly
