a2eaf83a71 Fix flash when canceling the recents animation with a screenshot 
- When canceling because of starting home, use the screenshot call to
  allow Launcher to handle the cancel more cleanly
- Since the cancel+screenshot path was added, we no longer cancel
  on root task order change (we just get onTaskAppeared now), it's
  purely a deferred path for the runner to handle the cancel in a clean
  way. So instead of having a separate animator, just add a screenshot
  surface to the existing leash, and clean up everything when the
  runner finishes the recents animation. This prevents the issue where
  transferring the animation causes the task to be reparented from the
  leash and made immediately visible (and fullscreen)
- Remove some unused code

This reverts commit da35596834.

If too many RenderProxies are destroyed too quickly, we can end up jamming up the CommonPool preventing RenderThread from making progress if it's waiting on CommonPool tasks.

8c37737cbc FileBridge: use a ByteBuffer for the temp buffer 
Using a direct ByteBuffer allows the buffer to be passed to/from JNI
without intermediate copies.

9a34b6ae27 BG-FGS-start while-in-use permission restriction improvement. 
Foreground service started from background shall not have while-in-use
access like location/camera/microphone.

Previously we set mAllowWhileInUsePermissionInFgs only at service start
by startService() or bindService() command. But after
service start, the Service.startForeground() call may be some time later
and at that time the caller may not be in the foreground any more. This
CL will add further restriction on that.

1. If the first Service.startForeground() call is more than 10 seconds (can be
configured by DeviceConfig key "fgs_start_foreground_timeout") after the
Context.startService() call, check the service's app proc state and set
mAllowWhileInUsePermissionInFgs again.
2. At Service.stopForeground() call, mAllowWhileInUsePermissionInFgs
should be reset to false so FGS while-in-use permission is not allowed.
3. After Context.startForegroundService()(or Context.startService()) ->
Service.startForeground() -> Service.stopForeground(), the second or
more times Service.startForeground() is called, check the service's
app proc state and set mAllowWhileInUsePermissionInFgs again.

This CL is the backport of ag/Idc88f274c7a323d175d65bb47eca041772ae9bb7 from
S branch.

519deb3adf Fix issue where window would be marked as opaque 
When launching an app, we need to keep the window marked as transparent
until the animation is over, otherwise the app window won't be visible.
