Michael Chan a969dc4ea4 Unhiding Rfc822Tokenizer.tokenize(CharSequence text, Collection<Rfc822Token> out)

Note that Rfc822Tokenizer.tokenize(CharSequence text) is already in the SDK
and it just wraps the version I am unhiding.
