Steve McKay a6bbeab1d3 Improvements to Copy/Move flow. ...

- Always open drawer for copy/move operations.
- Set title to match operation.
- Update button to say "move" for move operations.
- Other minor fixes.

Also fix "Home" tests broken by ag/867110
