d8c0b18ea5 Clarify on return value of IC#setImeConsumesInput() 
This CL aims to clarify on what the return value of

  InputConnection#setImeConsumesInput()

means for both the IME authors and editor authors [1][2].

In short, the semantics is exactly the same as

  InputConnection#performSpellCheck()

hence this CL reuses its @return section.

Other than clarifying an API doc, this CL changes nothing.

f5dc09bc7c Fix mMobileIfaces is not protected by lock 
Currently, mMobileIfaces is accessed from multiple threads, and
should be protected from concurrent accessing. However, since the
variable could be accessed frequently, holding the mStatsLock
would make this be blocked by network stats I/O operations.
Thus, protect the variable by making it volatile.

4815db0d69 Fix condition where FP would require confirmation 
Adds IconController#deactivate to allow clean transfer of view
ownership. Now we deactivate the face IconController once we know we
need to animate to the fingerprint state, and use the fingerprint
IconController to display subsequent animations.

This also fixes a hidden issue where the face IconController was
leaking (pulsing logic keeps running) even after BP is dismissed.

366493edd2 Fix fd leak while bypassing transcoding in media APIs 
To call the media service while bypassing transcoding there are 4 file
descriptors involved:

A: The original file descriptor the app owns and is responsible for
closing
B: Dupe of A, to pass into the MediaStore API as an input to receive a
non-transoding fd
C: The output from the MediaStore API
D: Final fd owned by the media service, after C gets duped over binder
as part of setDataSource

We were leaking (B) and (C). Now we close them appropriately.
