Continue the call flow even when #enableRollbackForPackageSession fails
so #completeEnableRollback has a chance to delete a rollback when any of
the child sessions fails to enable the rollback for the package.
Without this CL, the rollback data won't be deleted until next reboot.
Since storage cost might be heavy for the rollback data, we want to
delete it as soon as possible without waiting for reboot which might
happen much later.

Currently, the variables 'clazz' and 'constructor' are not stored properly.
Cache them to make it consistent with all of the other jni code.
This would also prevent a crash in checkjni for using deleted local
reference (it's never made global in the current code).

does neither uses a cache nor persistent storage.
So, settings are not persistent, shared among user and in case of
audioserver crash, the volume indexes are lost at lower layer.
This CL aligns the volume per attributes API on stream based API by
-using a local cache of indexes
-using Settings persistent storage
-forcing refresh on audioserver crash
-allowing mutliuser settings
It also provides dump and log to align level of service for attributes
based volume API.

Add the requestorUid & requestorPackageName fields to
NetworkCapabilities. This is populated by CS when
a new network request is received.
These 2 requestor fields are also optionally used for network
matching. All of the regular app initiated requests will have the
requestor uid and package name set by connectivity service. Network
agents can optionally set the requestorUid and requestorPackageName
to restrict the network created only to the app that requested the network.
This will help removing the necessity for the various specifiers to embed
the uid & package name info in the specifier for network matching.
Note: NetworkSpecifier.assertValidFromUid() is deprecated & removed in
favor of setting the uid/package name on the agent to restrict the
network to a certain app (useful for wifi peer to peer API & wifi aware).

There's nothing actionable for someone calling addToWhitelist() if the
addition fails (since it means the package wasn't found), so there's no
reason to have a return value. Removing the return value and clarifying
that calling the API will add the app to the permanent power save
whitelist.
