898ce7516d [HWUI] Remove private references to AHardwareBuffer

Test: CtsGraphicsTestCases (BitmapTest)

Previously, we were calling
android_hardware_HardwareBuffer_getNativeHardwareBuffer, which is
private. There is already an NDK API for doing the same thing. Ideally,
we would use it directly. However, libandroid_graphics (where the
calling code resides) cannot depend on libandroid (where the NDK API
resides), because that would introduce a circular dependency. Instead,
use dlopen/dlsym to find the necessary method. A similar approach was
used in ag/9975329.

f2f84f5f27 Remove more deferTransactionUntilSurface calls 
These won't work with the BLAST adapter since the Surface isn't
known to the server side. We just convert them in to the other
variant of defer transaction calls.

b570e8654d Add always-on VPN support for platform VPNs 
This commit allows Platform VPNs to be started as part of always-on
mode.

Test: FrameworksNetTests passing, new tests added in subsequent CL

ed881341e7 Log signatures for failing JNI lookups. 
The JNI helper methods such as GetFieldIDOrDie, GetFieldIDOrDie
mast commonly fail due to wrong signatures. However, currently
the error logs do not show the signatures which makes it hard
to debug. This CL adds the signatures of the failing lookups.

Test: 1. introduce an error in a signature in
         android_view_SurfaceControl.cpp
      2. build and flash a device
      3. inspect logcat

c67b893a68 Default wake on plug to false for audio system 
Changes made:
	1. Audio system device no longer wakes up on hotplug (as was already done for playback devices in change https://googleplex-android-review.git.corp.google.com/c/platform/frameworks/base/+/10319601)
	2. Added unit tests for 1.
	3. Added unit tests for change https://googleplex-android-review.git.corp.google.com/c/platform/frameworks/base/+/10319601

Note: we should consider implementing this change in HdmiCecLocalDeviceSource instead (which is the class HdmiCecLocalDevicePlayback and HdmiCecLocalDeviceAudioSystem extend), to have a streamlined behavior for all future source classes.
