Hidden for now. We'd like to make it an SDK API eventually
(b/148155907).
Internal code is currently calling createGraphicBufferHandle. This is
not something we plan to expose from the UI rendering module, so add a
method to get a HardwareBuffer instead. This is something we were
already planning to add. It seems that clients of
createGraphicBufferHandle really wanted a Parcelable to pass the
HARDWARE Bitmap to another thread. This should satisfy that use case.

AppPredictionManager clears caller's identity. The only way to get the

This change adds two new flags for starting activities:
FLAG_ACTIVITY_REQUIRE_NON_BROWSER and FLAG_ACTIVITY_REQUIRE_DEFAULT.
The first will only start if the result is a non-browser result. The
second will only start if the result is not the resolver activity.

This change involves 2 things:
- Check when there are apps on the other profile when deciding
whether to autolaunch with the tabs disabled
- Only take into account the rebuildInactiveTab result when
the tabbed view is enabled. Otherwise it's always false and
that always calls postRebuildList with false.

Tests are run from the TestableLooper, but we still want to pass
Assert.isMainThread calls. Therefore, allow SysUI tests to assert the Testable
Looper is the main looper.
We cannot set sMainLooper to TestableLooper because there may still be
messages in the MainLooper's queue that will get evaluated in the
future.

Currently we aren't well equipped to handle overlapping synchronization.
That is to say where a second BLAST Sync begins before the first one finishes.
We track enabling this in b/149747443. In the mean-time we take a few steps
to prevent overlap:
1. Call finishBLASTSync directly from the RT callback rather than posting
to the UI thread.
2. Before consuming "mNextDrawUseBLASTSync" fence the threaded renderer to make sure
any previous draw has finished and emitted its callback.
3. Use seperate variable for tracking whether the BLAST transaction has been applied
so that an earlier draw finishing inbetween us calling setNextDrawUseBLASTSync
and calling performDraw, will not lear the value of mNextDrawUseBlastSync.
Test: Flip the flag, play with youtube.
