When switching between templates, the old intrinsic height was 0
before the layout, which suppressed the height animation. We're now
also animating if the previous height was 0 but the view already
had a height.

The height of top app bar area is dependent on the line count of title.
This mechanism is always triggered when entering either subsetting page
or rotating the screen, regardless the state of collapsing toolbar. That
is saying this mechanism caused a flicker problem or a title in wrong
color. The mechanism will be updated to check the state of collapsing
toolbar to make sure that it is only triggered if the collapsing toolbar
is in expanded state.
This changes also added null checker to app bar since there's no
AppBarLayout existing in the older version of Android.

1) Navigate to a subsetting page with multiline title
2) Rotate the screen to landscape mode and collapse the title
3) Rotate the screen to portrait mode and see if the title is in
collapsing state

When create view with Context, there will also load some view
attributes from the Context and pre-set to the View object, to ensure
the splash screen view not affected by those attributes, clear padding
and background after create those view objects.

The current launcher implementation, the resumed Activity doesn't
enter paused state when entering overview. The launcher will have
a start activity event when entering overview but we don't provide
start event now.
We are not allowed to add new APIs now, we add new hidden constant
constants in ActivityEvent and send the event when the activity is
started.

This commit includes IkeTunnelConnectionParams in
VcnGatewayConnectionConfig#hashCode and
VcnGatewayConnectionConfig#equals.
This commit fixes the issue that VcnGatewayConnection was not
being restarted as expected.
