290e51fce3 Apply pending AppInfo on Activity override change 
When the activity override configuration changes, we need to apply any
pending application info changes so that when the activity is
recreated, it will have updated overlays.

88f306e2ba Skip marking recents as pending top if it is already on top 
Otherwise when cleaning up recents animation without further
transition, the fixed rotation state is not cleared.

Since live tile is enabled, when using home key (button navigation
mode) to leave overview, the recents animation will be finished
after starting home, so home is already on top. Then the method
notifyRecentsWillBeTop that used for deferring clear fixed rotation
until next transition should not be called.

c5e855a9d9 Check/note ops when delivering HotwordDetectedResult 
This is partially a followup of
I80dabaf6ae0e781028dde16ead3321fbff319542 which removed these operations
from the SoundTrigger layer when the HotwordDetectionService is used.

Also fixes a race condition where the DSP event can go directly to the
Interactor if the DetectionService isn't connected.

3e62b8f748 Fix PackageManager query API's related to rebootless APEX updates 
There were two bugs:

1. In case of the first update, ApexManager removed information about
  pre-installed version of the APEX.
2. After an update, getPackageInfo cache wasn't invalidated, which
  resulted in getPackageInfo returning stale information.

823d465162 getGpuDmaBufUsageKb: Report usage in Kilobytes 
getGpuDmabufUsageKb currently reports the total size of
dma-bufs attached by the GPU device from
/sys/kernel/dmabuf/buffer/<inode>/size nodes. However these
sysfs nodes report the buffer size in bytes.

Convert the value returned by getGpuDmaBufUsageKb to KB.
