The advanced extension session request processor must not hold the
'mInterfaceLock' when calling the camera device implementation as it
could result in a deadlock with the camera device close that can
run at the same time and try to acquire the same locks in reverse order.
The request processor will only read from 'mCameraConfigMap' which is
initialized only once during session setup and will not change during
the session lifetime.
A sample stack trace will look like this:
Service thread:
1) android.hardware.camera2.impl.CameraCaptureSessionImpl.stopRepeating
2) android.hardware.camera2.impl.CameraAdvancedExtensionSessionImpl$RequestProcessor.stopRepeating
Client thread:
1) android.hardware.camera2.impl.CameraAdvancedExtensionSessionImpl.release
2) android.hardware.camera2.impl.CameraDeviceImpl.close

Forward focus changes from input and tracks them
in AccessibilityController. This will help track embedded window
focus changes as well and rely on input as the source of truth
for focus. Accessibility service will start querying the controller
for focus changes.

If the overflow is empty when the last bubble
is dismissed we collapse the stack. If it's not empty
we show the overflow contents.
We were overflowing bubbles AFTER making the choice
to select the overflow or collapse the stack which
causes problems.
Test: atest BubbleDataTest
Test: manual - have 1 bubble and an empty overflow
- navigate to the overflow, dismiss the bubble
=> no crash

IME is still on the going-away activity.
However, in the transient case, the going-away task is kept
live, so we don't actually take snapshot until commit visibility
