Tsung-Mao Fang 902104856f Show full package name in cred app ...

When RequestManageCredentials of the Settings app
is processing the package name in the user consent dialog,
it does not properly display the package name information.

This makes users could grant permission to a malicious app.

Test: manual and see full package name.
