lineage-sdk: Don't build sdk droiddocs for now

* Works around:
  lineage-sdk/Android.mk:116: error: BUILD_DROIDDOC is obsolete. Droiddoc is only supported
  in Soong. See details on build/soong/java/droiddoc.go.

* Need to reimplement in soong later.
