Josh Tsuji ef58f66331 Tweak exposure effect on ImageWallpaper. ...

This changes the exposure values so that the wallpaper is more visible during the beginning of the exposure effect, so that the shape of the reveal scrim from the power button/lift is more visible initially.

Test: manual, looks good
