Taran Singh ec9266d4ac Few improvements for Companion widget APIs ...

1. reset ViewRootImpl#mLastClickToolType for KeyEvents
2. move EditorInfo#mInitialToolType initialization so we dont
   explicitly hold lock for one line of code.
