Jeff Sharkey e67463db5f Return "null" cycles for deprecated callers. ...

Callers using the deprecated Pair<ZonedDateTime, ZonedDateTime>
interface don't always check hasNext() before calling next(), so
give them (null, null) results instead of throwing.
