Jamie Gennis dd386ccb90 SurfaceTexture: disable a failing test. ...

The SurfaceTextureSyncModeWaitRetire test was disabled.  It is failing
because of the synchronization hacks that were added to SurfaceTexture
to work around bugs in vendor device drivers.
