Jack Yu 9f6f23101c Added builder for SubscriptionInfo ...

Added the builder for SubscriptionInfo, and make all members
final. This can prevent other clients accidentally modifying
the same copy of SubscriptionInfo.

Also moved getAllAccessRules into getAccessRules.
