Joe Onorato 933464dd02 Fix the 3G icon shows as G. 
The connectivity services does not seem to return meaningful network types.  That's ok because we
get good ones from the telephony service anyway.

Also adds a ton of stuff for adb shell dumpsys activity service SystemUI TabletStatusBar
