Fabian Kozynski 66820d753e Hide RSSI next to single carrier name ...

If there's exactly one SIM, do not show the RSSI next to the name in
QSBH. Instead, show it with the other icons. If there's more than one
SIM, show each RSSI next to the carrier name, and not with the other
icons (not even in QQS).
