Edward Savage-Jones 4ba3e68f51 Update various corner radiuses to align with AOSP apps 
There is a mismatch between some of the UI components
in the AOSP apps, such as launcher3 (lpress shortcuts),
and some dialogs and such in SystemUI/Settings.

This corrects the mismatch.
