Alex Johnston 2e24529c68 Rename AutoTime and AutoTimeZone APIs 
* Rename setAutoTime and getAutoTime to
  setAutoTimeEnabled and getAutoTimeEnabled.
* Rename setAutoTimeZone and getAutoTimeZone
  to setAutoTimeZoneEnabled and
  getAutoTimeZoneEnabled.
