Artem Iglikov 13fffd267c Add some tests for TarBackupReader ...

... and PerformAdbRestoreTask.

Involves some refactoring, splitting readAppManifest() into two methods.

Also a bit of cleanup: make private field actually private and use
static imports for some constants.
