61ba70f1d1 Fix system crash when ActivityEmbedding process died with pending events 
Before, when the organizer binder died, it will trigger TaskFragment
removal that can cause surface placement. Now, we make sure to cleanup
all pending events before removing organized TaskFragments.

5dafb54f14 Move the ActivityEmbedding Task visibility filter to the client 
Before, we only send TaskFragment info event to the client side when the
Task is visible, which may result some TaskFragments stuck in an
intermediate state. Now, we also send the info event to the client if
the app owns any visible Task, and let the client organizer to determine
if it wants to update the TaskFragments.

Added function `NotificationContentView.shouldShowBubbleButton(NotificationEntry entry)` to make unit test possible. Added tests in the converted Kotlin version of NotificationContentViewTest.

53a1493396 Execute WCT when showDesktopApps is called 
When shell transitions were enabled, we were not exeucting the WCT that
brings desktop apps to front.
Ensure that this is called when shell transitions are enabled.

1aef4a20e6 Fix shared transitions from work profile 
We need to start the fade animation (and prevent the initial
ACTION_CLOSE_SYSTEM_DIALOGS broadcast from dismissing the
screenshot UI).

275bdcfced [Media TTT] Show icon on top of taskbar 
This issue occurs on tablet, change the type of window layout param to
system error which is higher than navigation bar makes the icon
appears on top of the taskbar.

Fixes: 240550807
Test: Checked that the icon shows on top of the taskbar using adb
commands.
