186efa3836 Update visibility of the stack dropdown list after the search view is collapsed. 
Previously we hid the stack dropdown list just before the action bar is
collapsed. Then the dropdown list gets back to be visible when the action bar is
collapsed.

The CL updates visibility of the stack dropdown list just after the action bar
is collapsed.

3360c26579 Rename KEY_VOICE_PRIVACY_DISABLE_BOOL -> KEY_VOICE_PRIVACY_DISABLE_UI_BOOL 
Disabling voice privacy sounds scary. Update this config variable name
to what it actually does, which is to hide some settings UI.

40f58d910a Expose Context.getSystemServiceName(). 
Expose this method so that subclasses can declare new types of services
that can be returned by getSystemService(Class<T>).

d25267c0d8 Start using some better sorting for intent resolution 
Previously we used time in foreground as our sole signal. Now, also
use time since last launch and launch count as signals.

Still to come later: launch count based on specific component name
rather than package, pending the recording of that information in
usage stats.

1102e21b5d Fix format string mismatch. Clang build fix. 
The gralloc usage flags are an enum, which is backed by an
implementation defined type. Both gcc and clang are making this a long
long. All the values are hard coded to fit within 8 hex characters
though, so just make the cast.

f6633da2b5 Update fingerprint icon 
Now, a flat, scalable, tintable vector icon is used instead of a
complex graphics. This makes it suitable for most use cases. Also
rename it to fingerprintAuthDrawable.
