- NPE’s ‘cause there was no interaction listener set in the tests, added
this to test set up
- Failures with saving importance because closeControls no longer saves
any changes, it just closes the controls now. Updated those tests to
use saveImportance instead.
- Removed the test ensuring that closeControls wouldn’t save importance
if it was passed save = false, since closeControls no longer does that.

destroyHardwareResources will now only force-destroy
the specific node it was called on, which are only
ever the root nodes. Rely on onRemovedFromTree()
to clean up resources for all other nodes.

Add option '--streaming' to 'am start' and 'am profile' commands.
If the option is given, the output of method trace profiling
will be streamed into the specified file, so the output is no
longer limited by the buffer size.
Test: m -j48 test-art-host;
m -j48 ART_TEST_TRACE=true ART_TEST_TRACE_STREAM=true test-art-host;
I also tested manually. Tried all 8 combinations of
sampling/instrumention
streaming/non-streaming
'am start --start-profiler' / 'am profile start'
The output files are all in expected shape.

getRelatedView(int[] rules, int relation)
is stuck in the loop, when a view is GONE, and references itself.
There is already a check in:
getSortedViews(View[] sorted, int... rules) {
to make sure there are no loops of ViewA -> ViewB -> ViewA
BUT, there was a change made in findRoots(int[] rulesFilter)
to "Remove exception throw when a view has a self dependency
inside a RelativeLayout." so this means we must allow this case.

Since there are unnecessary "config_operatorConsideredNonRoaming" values
in the following file, UE mistakenly recognizes all Spain network as
non-roaming when SFR sim is inserted. Fix the issue by removing the
values.
