Clarified behavior when activity is resized or put in fullscreen
mode, per b/28580007 . Also (per email from o-o) removed misleading
statement about when onStop() might or might not be called.
Both changes can go live now (multiwindow update applies to DP1 & 2,
and onStop() clarification applies to all versions of API), so I'll
submit as soon as this is approved.

The 0700 permission on apps' home directories is not
enforced as a invariant. This change to the behavior
changes documentation reflects this.

Started this CL when mnc-mr-docs was the active branch, but now
the production builds come from mnc-docs.
Per feedback from the support library team, updated the support
library overview page to better explain what the libraries are
and what they're for. This is the beginning of a big overhaul of the
support library docs.
The "overview" section has been rewritten and expanded in this CL.
The "revisions" section hasn't been touched, except that the heading
was changed to "Support Library Revision History". (I'd like to
move "Revision History" to a separate page, but I'll do it in a
follow-on CL.)

Given recent reversal of "roll" definition (positive angles now
represent counter-clockwise rotation), updated the description for
this and the other orientation angles. Also updated explanatory text
and code samples within the "Position Sensors" page to reflect the
recent deprecation of STRING_TYPE_ORIENTATION.
