bfeb5980f2 Include IkeTunnelConnectionParams in #hashCode and #equals 
This commit includes IkeTunnelConnectionParams in
VcnGatewayConnectionConfig#hashCode and
VcnGatewayConnectionConfig#equals.

This commit fixes the issue that VcnGatewayConnection was not
being restarted as expected.
