ec0a7594f3 Remove IMM#getInputContext(), which is unused 
InputMethodManager#getInputContext() is no longer marked as
@UnsupportedAppUsage [1] hence we should be able to remove it as far
as we can see.

Let's see how it goes.

1817bc47bd Skip operation on content overlay if task's vanished 
The stack trace in b/194344478 and b/194280568 is actually from the
preceding ActivityThreadTest test, which does not fail but does crash
certain test cases after that.

Since we may set a start delay on the content overlay fading out
animation, there is chance that onTaskVanished happens before it is
actually started. It's also possible that onTaskVanished happens during
the content overlay fadeout. This CL should have addressed both cases.

626c33cfea Remove unused methods and classes from Completable class 
This is hopefully the last follow up CL to my previous CL [1], which
aimed to logically revert IInputMethodManager from emulated sync IPCs
to truly sync IPCs.

It turns out that my previous clean-up CL [2] forgot to take care of
the following class

  com.android.internal.inputmethod.Completable,

where several unused methods and classes still existed.

Since those methods and classes are not used right now, there should
be no user/developer visible behavior change in this CL.

8e1a9dd590 Fix TextureView docs to use more modern sample code 
The existing TextureView class docs use a sample that relies on
Camera APIs, which have been deprecated for some time. The
new sample uses MediaPlayer (and calls out to other possible
components that could be used with TextureView). The docs have also
been updated to reflect recommendations on using CameraX for camera
functionality and SurfaceView vs. TextureView for performance reasons.
