6f53188ebe Execute pause timeout only when attached to a process 
In order to prevent NPE since the #activityPaused assumed
the app process existed.

0dea0b2a7c Fix corner clipping on UMO 
This also includes a change to match POR for when album art
is missing. Additionally, I animated the scrim transition
since I was editing that code anyway.

Active apps should be prioritized above media recommendations in the media carousel based on go/media-teamfood-test.

c2bf0a6caa Fix Squashing Issue on UMO Background 
Manually set each layer size in the TransitionDrawable. This
fills the available space in the view without stretching.

195baa1c93 [DO NOT MERGE] Bouncer - Update selected item text color 
Constrast was too low, didn't match specs. Also noticed that if the
user updated the dark mode while on lockscreen, the colors for both
the user switcher and the num pad keys were not properly updating.
