Added contents to give an overview of VectorDrawables and
AnimatedVectorDrawables. For better understanding, added two graphic
files to explain the overall working of the XML file and the graphic
that is rendered as an output of the XML file.

Scott had migrated these graphics to Piper in April, but they've
stayed in Gerrit. These graphics had been updated in Gerrit since
then, so they got out of sync with Piper.
Set up Critique CL cr/133998971 to migrate the latest versions
to Piper (and sent to Scott for review); setting up a separate
CL here to remove the files, so they won't accidentally get
edited in the wrong place again.

With the transition from N Preview to actual Nougat Release, this CL moves
the high-level overview files from the preview directory into the
about/versions/ directory, under which an archive of current and previous
Android versions' changes resides.

In the Android Studio world, devs download the Android Support
*Repository*, not the now-deprecated *Library*. Updated the prose
and a screenshot to reflect this. Did other cleanup to docs to make
them more consistent with the new Android Studio/Gradle world. (For
example, the process for adding a library is now the same whether
or not the library has resources, so I consolidated the two "adding
a library" sections, and removed the paragraphs from features.html
that specified whether or not a library had resources.)
Also fixed bad formatting of code snippets (once again, we got bit by
the {@code <} issue). Changed the {@code} tags to <code></code> to
fix it.
Other misc. fixes too, as they popped up in the review process.

Adding docs for some updates for GuidedStepFragment and GuidedAction
done in support lib v23.2. Includes docs on date picker actions,
subactions (new subsection), button actions (new subsection).
Adding docs for popBackStackToGuidedStepFragment and
finishGuidedStepFragments convenience methods.
Also updating page keywords so this page has better search
discoverability.
