fa58352464 Only bring desktop app to front when necessary 
If the active desktops apps are already in the front, then there's
no need to add WCT#reorder operations for every desktop app.
Instead, check first whether there is an invisble app, and if there
is, reorder all apps so that the Z order is maintained.

091126fc7a Only collapse stack on shade state change 
Fixes an issue with bubble not being expanded when notification was set
to be expanded from lock screen.

Setting a notification to bubble from the notification action will add
it as a new entry in BubbleData. And that bubble will be set to
auto-expand.

When a device is locked, BubbleController receives a status bar state
change with isShade=false.

When a device is unlocked, BubbleController can receive duplicate status
bar state changes with isShade=false and will finally receive an update
with isShade=true. The isShade=true indicates device is unlocked.

Ensure that multiple duplicate status bar state changes to false do not
try to re-collapse the stack. As this would clear the expanded state for
bubbles that were updated while device was locked.

9e3c21bae5 Fixed contrast with sfps overlay. 
Tested various different themes

1. Choose a color in settings > wallpapers > basic colors
2. Go through enrollment
3. Verify that light/dark theme have appropriate contrast.

Test: Manually verified the contrast works for light/dark themes and
various different basic color styles.

93f2744c95 Fix activity leak bug 
This is a cherry-pick from main branch:
ID: I7dfebac90aa43f89433f49e0ed60b3ff57bcc497

It is possible for ViewRootImpl.doDie() to be called prior to one of the
other calls which tells the system that the window is going to the
foreground. This race condition can cause an activity leak since the
ViewRootImpl in question is stored in a collection of "requestors" which
determine when to pause/resume animators for background/foreground apps.

The fix is two-fold:
- Only cause an item to be added to the "requestor" list in
  AnimationHandler when doDie() has not yet been called (marked by
  the mReoved" flag)
- Store the requestor objects as WeakReferences, rather than the objects
  themselves. Thus if the requestor list is the only referent to the
  object, it can be collected anyway, removing the leak potential.

31da217d06 Fix NPE in DialogLaunchAnimator 
This CL fixes a NPE happening in DialogLaunchAnimator if it tried to
synchronize the 2 view roots at the start/end of the animation and that
the view that triggered the animation was detached from the hierarchy.
This regression was caused by the refactoring in http://ag/20139844.

e96ef6d3c7 Fix rendering issue after cancelling Notifications inside a group 
If we return true from `offerToKeepInParentForAnimation`, the
ShadeViewDiffer won't detach this row and the view system is responsible
for ensuring the row is in eventually removed from the parent. The view
system can only guarantee this if the removal was triggered by a dismissal from the user.

The bug was a regression from  ag/20291263.

Test: 1) post a group of notifications 2) cancel a child 3) post the
same child again (a notif with the same tag) 4) expand notif group
Test: dismiss a group of Notifications and observe the animations

6a8af5a689 Skip immediate hiding from finishTransition 
It was used to solve flickering issues when dismissing split screen
and toggling pip without transition (commit 6914f08). But since most
of visibility changes are associated with transition, and there is
new synchronization mechanism of transaction. The immediate hiding
also doesn't make visual difference in legacy transition.

Typically, if the visibility is changed, it will schedule to call
prepareSurface, which will update surface visibility according to
isVisible().

This may reduce the latency to Activity#dispatchEnterAnimationComplete.

Also
- Initialize ActivityRecord surface as invisible so it doesn't need
  to update by hide() in the first prepareSurface().
- Remove unused method onSurfaceShown.
