Allow BroadcastRadioService using AIDL version of broadcastradio
HAL. The wrapper checks whether AIDL HAL exists. If not exists,
using HIDL HAL instead.

This annotation marks an interface as effectively immutable,
enforcing through an annotation processor that it follow these
guidelines:
- Only exposes methods and/or static final constants
- Every exposed type is an @Immutable interface or otherwise immutable class
- Every method must return a type (no void methods allowed)
- All inner classes must be @Immutable interfaces
This is in preparation of making PackageState fully immutable.
As a test case it has been marked in this change but has its
errors suppressed using @Immutable.Ignore to have the build work.

Exclude the static library `android.hardware.contexthub-V1.0-java` from

Each app will have it's own supplemental process with a different uid
that uniquely maps to the uid of the application that this supplemental
process corresponds to.
This will impact some of the PackageManager and PermissionManager APIs
(e.g. PackageManager.getPackagesForUid, or
PermissionManager.checkPermission). In order to make it possible for
PackageManager to correctly treat supplemental process uids, we first
need to teach it about the supplemental process APK itself, hence this
change.

NetworkStatsService is going to be moved into ConnectivityService
module. Move all related files to packages/ConnectivityT so that
it can be easily migrate these files to connectivity module
after clearing the hidden API usages.

Adds the concept of Game State (supplied by the application) to the
GameManager API. This allows the setting of various modes to describe
the current high-level runtime state of the game, as well as the loading
state. In Performance Mode, during loading a hint is sent to the device
PowerHAL via the PowerManager.

Query the surface flinger property
ro.surface_flinger.primary_display_orientation to determine the
primary display's install orientation. If the window is on the
primary display, then update the transform hint passed on to the
client.

This is the first step of switching to AIDL health HAL. All
usages of HIDL HealthInfo is replaced with AIDL HealthInfo.
Because there's only one definition of HealthInfo in AIDL, all
3 versions of HIDL HealthInfo (1.0, 2.0, 2.1) are converted into
this AIDL HealthInfo.
A new function, Utils.copyV1Battery, is introduced in place of
Utils.copy, to denote that only battery fields in the V1 AIDL
HealthInfo are copied. When we add more battery fields to
HealthInfo in the future, the name V1 suggests that only V1
fields are copied. So we'll only need to change it to copyV2Battery
if we are going to use V2 fields in BatteryService.
