Update the dependency on KeyMint to v3. This is a stand-alone change
to avoid merge conflicts internally.

This requires a version bump to android.media.audio.common.types.
cc_defaults and java_defaults are used in order to avoid explicitly updating version references in several Android.bp files when we do future version bumps.

The ArrayEquals, ArrayHashCode, ArrayToString, and
ArraysAsListPrimitiveArray errorprone findings were
demoted from errors to warnings. Fix existing
occurrences of them so they can be made errors again.

This API is not used: marked as @hide with a commented out @SystemApi;
the AIDL server is not implemented in AOSP nor internally. There is one
extra client from the SEPolicy: wpantund; but there is no build rule for
this binary, and no reference for it in AOSP. This API appears be an
artifact from the initial import of Android Things back in 2017.
I confirmed with the previous owners that there is no intention to use
this API in the future (see bug).
This changes reduces the size of framework.jar by 77kb on
bramble-userdebug.

The cameraserver has a need for attributing connect calls to particular
processes. This patch introduces pids as a property of an
AttributionSource.

APIs working in the system_server and taking the package name as a
parameter may have chance to reveal package existence status on the
device, and break the package visibility we introduced in Android 11.
Take an example of the API: `boolean setFoo(String packageName)`, a
malicious app may have chance to detect package existence state on the
device from the result of the API, if there is no package visibility
filtering rule or uid identify checks applying to the parameter of the
package name.
To resolve the lint warning, you could apply package visibility
filtering rules to the package name via
PackageManagerInternal.filterAppAccess API, before starting to use the
package name. If the parameter is a calling package name, using the
PackageManager API such as PackageManager.getPackagesForUid to verify
the calling identify.
