KEYCODE_BACK was previously hardcoded as a wake key in KeyEvent.java.
For TV remotes, we want to make this behavior configurable.

TTS engine might fetch data over the network or prepare data when
binding tts service at first time after boot that may take a few
seconds. Because the dialog is shown only once and on-demand for
enableing accessibility shortcut, it's unable to speak successfully
unless others have bound tts ahead of time.

Connection object could not receive onServiceConnected after
new process of the service was active.
How issue happen:
1. The process of wallpaper service died, AM schedule to restart,
WallpaperMS schedule to rebind.
2. WallpaperMS bind service with new connection object.
=> ActiveService bring up new process. Add this ServiceRecord to
mPendingServices.
3. WallpaperMS unbind previous connection object.
=> ActiveService remove previous connection, also remove this
ServiceRecord object from mPendingServices list.
4. Process ready, attach application but cannot find the service
from pendingServices.
Solution: Do not remove the ServiceRecord object from mPendingServices
if there is any connection left.
Also use runnable object instead of method reference.

This reverts commit 288e1bd045.
The previous implementation of computeWindowInsets is to
use last view from WM#addView, which may be invalid because
the last added view is removed and throws NPE when getting
property from the invalid view.
In this CL, we change the approach to always obtain window
insets from server.

Changing the checkpointing retry count to 2 resolves
issues of apex sessions being reverted if a hard reboot takes
place during a userspace reboot. Previously, a revert would
occur based on what stage of the boot sequence a hard reboot
took place in, now the revert will not occur at all.

In the cases that a logging parent cannot be found for any packages
in a rollback, the watchdog event should still be logged. Ensure
that the state of a rollback is captured on boot by removing the
condition of only saving a rollback id if there is a logging package,
and by adding a symbolic null package to the list of logging packages
on boot if none were found. Expand tests to verify.

Enable Incidentd to dump any existing dumpsys section in plain text
(as dumpsys.proto), only in eng or userdebug build. This is for a
few dumpsys services that are prohibitively expensive to migrate to
protobuf dumpsys or will undergo a major rewrite (thus render the
previously defined proto completely useless).

When updating a PackageSetting, the existing one was not
being considered, causing them to be assigned incorrectly
on re-scan/re-install.
The updatedSystemApp state was also being toggled incorrectly,
as the previous code relied on the fact that a new Package
object was created, implicitly resetting the fields as it
was a new Java object with re-initialized fields.
This disables the field explicitly when re-enabling a system app,
as this action re-uses the existing PackageSetting that was
previously associated with the /data copy.
Also fixes scanning as SYSTEM_EXT when the disabled system
package was also SYSTEM_EXT.

This CL has a couple of notable changes:
- Add communication layer between adbd, system server, and Settings UI
- Add system notification (Wireless debugging connected) when at least
one device is connected.
- Add trusted networks (BSSID) to the keystore.
- Changed the keystore format to:

<wifiAP ... />
</keyStore>
- Currently, trusted networks don't have a expiration time. Also, only
way to clear it is by blowing up the keystore (revoke permissions).
- Add pairing mechanism:
- Using libadbwifi_pairing_connection C++ library to pair a device
using SPAKE2 protocol over TLS.
- Register MDNS service for client discovery.
- Removed ability to ctl.start/stop adbd from UsbDeviceManager
- AdbService now controls when to do this

Make it use framework-statsd directly rather than framework-all.
Note that this is a problem on its own: the problematic tests
should be separated from the monolith tests and moved into the statsd
dir.
Also clamp down on framework-all visibility to avoid anyone else
addinga dependency on this problematic library.
