Lookup of array resource in idmap2 would result in an error.
The reason was that on AssetManager2::GetValue call bags were
not taken into consideration.
Acquire the bag as well and traverse through it to fetch all
its values.

Typically, when a group summary is dismissed, NotificationManager will
also dismiss that group's children. In SysUI, we anticipate this change
by optimistically dismissing those children on our side before we get
confirmation from NoMan.
However, there are exceptions to this auto-dismissal behavior, namely if
the child is part of a foreground service or a bubble. This CL adds in
those exceptions to the SysUI side.

When shared libraries are assigned package ids in a different order
than compile order, bag resources that use attributes from both
multiple libraries will not be sorted in ascending attribute id order.
This change detects when the attribute ids are not in order and sorts
the bag entries accordingly.
The change is designed to be less invasive. Deduping the GetBag logic
should probably be spun off in a separate bug.

UserSystemPackageInstaller's log mode doesn't currently
log each non-whitelisted app's start (although it may
in the future), so the documentation should be updated.
It should be purposefully loose since the exact logging
is likely to change in the future.

NavigationBarFragment was leaking because it was never unregistered from
DeviceConfig. This change moves registration to onCreate and unregisters
in onDestroy.

This CL implements a (somewhat hacky) way to enable HTML attributes in
the mobile data type content description strings. This way we can use
some basic styling in the Quick Settings cellular data tile which uses
it in a TextView.
We do this by assuming that the content description is valid, escaped
HTML, and send two separate CharSequences to all of the listeners, all
of which can then decide if they need the regular content description or
the prettified version.

The Verified{Input/Key/Motion}Event api are the same as
{Input/Key/Motion}Event api.
The VerifiedMotion class is the same as the MotionEvent class, but
contains less information. It only contains the information that the
system is able to verify.
Same applies to VerifiedKeyEvent.
The class VerifiedInputEvent contains common information applicable to
both Key and Motion.

1. Add a new formula type "INSTALLER_ALLOWD_BY_MANIFEST" that evaluates to true
when installer is specified in the manifest.
This CL only adds this class without actually removing the part where we
propagate allowed installers. That will be changed in a new CL.
2. Change the AppIntegrityComponent API so that it is type-safe.
