92dfd67351 Screenshot to share sheet shared element transition. 
Switching the share action to a Supplier interface allows us to
maintain the current code style, while ensuring that the
APIs required to start the transition are called when the
share chip is pressed.

e751e1036a Add InputConnection#performSpellCheck(). 
IME can use this method to redo spell checking after it has learned a
new user dictionary word.

296b7e9bfa Make isAppBad() lock-free 
We trade off increased cost of (rare) mutations of the set of "bad" apps
in order to make the core lookup "is this specific app bad?" lock-free.
Locking discipline turned out to be a dominant cost in a very hot code
path within the running system, even uncontended.

5a5648dcb5 Make IInputMethodManager to oneway (4/N) 
After CL[1], the client might be waiting forever when
system server throw Exception. The expected behavior
after throwing an Exception from the system server
should let the caller crash.

To keep the previous behavior, support exception as a
valid result for ResultCallback.

df235a4d67 Use LatencyTracker to log the time of recents animation 
The ACTION_TOGGLE_RECENTS on launcher side may be not close enough
to the user feeling because it cannot know the actual window drawn
time on system. And it may be mixed with 3 button navigation mode
which doesn't start recents animation. So here creates a new latency
type to log the case of recents animation explicitly.

Bug: 169221287
Test: Use gesture navigation mode and swipe up from an app. The log
      will show "LatencyTracker: action=8 latency=xx".
