This is a follow up CL to our previous CL [1], which introduced
IInputMethodManager#getAwareLockedInputMethodList
as a variant of
IInputMethodManager#getInputMethodList.
This CL mechanically merges those two IPC entries into one entry as
specifying
DirectBootAwareness.AUTO
is something we can do in the IME client side, without changing any
observable semantics.

With this CL,
InputMethodManager#showInputMethodAndSubtypeEnabler()
is fully implemented in the client side. By not using system_server
privileged context to launch the Settings activity, we can stop
worrying about conflicts with existing security concepts such as
* Background Activity launch blocking mechanism
* Restrictions for instant apps

Test: Manually verified as follows.
1. Build aosp_coral-userdebug and flash it.
2. adb install -r $ANDROID_TARGET_OUT_TESTCASES/ApiDemos/arm64/ApiDemos.apk
3. adb shell am start -n com.example.android.apis/.ApiDemos
4. View -> Input Method -> ShowInputMethodAndSubtypeEnabler
5. Verify that the API works.

There's no need to findViewLocked - if the view
didn't already exist, then the view is added
to the end of the mViews list. findViewLocked
will need to iterate over all the views which
is unnecessary.

Allow apps to define ActivityEmbedding related flags in AndroidManifest
using <property> tags, so that the system can read the info before the
apps launch.
The property is for apps to provide consent to allow the System to
override ActivityEmbedding rules for the apps.

Some of local variables are declared as package-access
but they only used in InputMethodManager. We can safely
convert them to private.
This is a mechanical refactor without user visible

have all of window information. To get them from accessibility

This reverts commit 8626ad35b1.
Reason for revert: Trying to reland
The previous patch may delay a configuration update caused by the task
bar change, and dispatch the update when something irrelevant happens
such as dragging an icon to the workspace. Changed logic in WMS and
WindowState to ensure a configuration update in that case.

-. Rename setInputChannelLocked and add a static
method for checking same InputChannel.
Suppose we need to handle the flush pending events
when the input channel is modified based on CL[1],
CL[2] and CL[3].
This is a mechanical refactor and it should no
user visible change.
