68cb239bb0 DO NOT MERGE Fix crash related to getting the root of an unattached view 
view.getRootView returns itself when unattached, which may not be a
ViewGroup instance. Therefore trying to cast to a ViewGroup will cause a
ClassCastException. This fix avoids the exception by ensuring that the
view is attached before trying to cast the root view.

Fixes: 277637573
Test: mp droid and verified touch gestures on dream work correctly by
swiping up the bouncer, and swiping down the notification shade.

03d7ba5be3 CompatUI UX Improvements 
This CL does the following UX improvements:
  - Increase fading animation duration to 400ms
  - Implement a logic for horizontal and
    vertical education indipendently which displays
    icons when in center position only once and
    every time user double-taps for a not-central
    position.
  - Remove the circles animation

306150025c DO NOT MERGE Add logging for when IOnBackInvokedCallback is null. 
It should never be null. We had a bug where the IME callback can be
unexpectedly GC-ed and jam back nav. This is to verify if we need its
fix ag/21301891 in QPR as well.

ceb7010da6 Ensure scrim visibility updated by mPrimaryBouncerToGoneTransition 
This was a race condition where the back scrim was not getting to
alpha=zero in time for the last scrim visibility update, so it was
keeping the window up (which then ate the touches). The fix is to
add an insurance scrim visibility update at the end of the fade-in.

Test: ran all atest tests
Test: manually verified that the breaking condition occurred but was mitigated

543c39b886 Change the use of ScreenLifecycle to WakefulnessLifecycle. 
This is a better fit for the signal in launcher, since it identifies
whether the device is awake or asleep, where asleep also inclues AoD.

Also adding SYSUI_STATE_NOTIFICATION_PANEL_VISIBLE to the IntDef and
debug getSystemUiStateString, since it was missing.

Test: manual, unit tests

8630554449 Do not track DreamOverlayStatusBarView for touch. 
The dream overlay status bar no longer needs to handle touches
(a touch handler now handles dragging down the notification
shade). This changelist removes touch interception on this view
to allow touches to pass down to the dream.
