9ef3662b80 Fix jumping slider in split shade 
Fix breakage caused by previous fix. Adding updateResources() in reinflate() so that the padding is set correctly after SysUI crash.

1dc88deedb Allowlist alarm-clock alarms from pre-S apps for FGS 
FGS starts are allowed by default to apps targeting pre-S sdks. However,
on update their alarms may start getting denied if the app could not
reset its alarms.
Explicitly adding them to the allowlist to avoid this problem.

14334fe1d0 Disabled Accessibility services uid registration for auto 
Accessibility services currently runs concurrently with assistant. This
causes issues in automotive where OEMs are running multiple assistants.
The main issue stems from rotaryservice (accessibility service in auto)
running as state bound to a foreground service. Thus assistant is always
listening, this causes issues for other assistant apps as they are
interupted by hotword mistriggers.
