Rename Light to LogicalLight to avoid namespace conflicts when adding AIDL HAL lights support.
Currently both tabs are disabled under the
ENABLE_TABBED_VIEW flag until other issues are fixed.
Things this CL does:
- Add personal and work tab if there is a work profile on device
- Load the sharesheet/intent resolver targets when we
open the relative tab, and only load it the first time
- Always first show the tab for the current profile, e.g. for
work profile we show the work tab first
- Disable ViewPager manual swiping
- Remove resolver list horizontal dividers
- Always show the current profile's last opened app

dumpProto() currently does not dump any processes unless "dumpsys
cpuinfo" is called first, because we did not call buildWorkingProcs
in dumpProto().

Previously when IMEs want to get initial input text for advanced
prediction featues, it will take up to three IPC calls. Once we provide
the initial text in the EditorInfo object, it would be available right
after the input connection setup and no IPC overheads will be
introduced.

For all networks, NetworkInfo.isAvailble has basically always
been true for all connected networks. The new NetworkAgent API
sets it to false, and this causes application breakage. Always
set it to true.

ConfirmationPrompt passes magnified and inverted options to the keystore
service. While gathering the accessibility_display_inversion_enabled
setting, the implementation would throw an exception if this setting was
never set by the user. This causes the font scaling property to be
ignored. This patch uses default values in case the system setting is
not set.
Test: Run CTSVerifier Protected Confirmation test with increased font
size.

Fraction is now from animation start to end state. This makes it
more in line with other animation fraction meaning. Also, the app
can figure out the animation direction on its own by inspecting
the visibility state when the animation gets prepared.
Also fix some other stuff in WindowInsetsAnimationCallback.

Since we have a better approach of fitting content instead of
setting them on the layout params
(Window.setContentOnApplyWindowInsetsListener), we can now
simplify forcing of filling the screen:
Instead of clearing the fit types when the private flag is set, we
unset the types and straight out reject any params when the client
would like to fit.
