390d6e8586 Added RenderEffect property on RenderNode 
Introduced RenderEffect API to handle consuming
SkImageFilter parameters on RenderNode objects
in order to support blur.

Updated SilkFX demo to use RenderEffect
APIs on RenderNode instead of BlurShader

5d0d141178 Add support to InputManagerService for listening to lid switch events. 
This extracts the notifyLidSwitchChanged() method from
WindowManagerCallbacks to allow services other than window manager to
receive lid switch notifications

Test: Manual, register callback and trigger lid switch

127e497477 Update docs to hint when to use FLAG_MUTABLE 
Any PI that needs to be used with inline reply or bubbles needs to keep
their PI mutable. This change updates the messaging around FLAG_MUTABLE
docs and logs at the mutability flag check to add this use
case.

f3a1915b2e Add TextShaper API 
TextShaper API provides a primitive text layout result, e.g. what glyph is used etc.

Here is the new APIs and its description

- PositionedGlyphs
This is a native instance backed object that gives layout information to developers.

- GlyphStyle
The glyph style is an object that holds the parameters that will be used for drawing.
This object is a subset of the Paint object for avoiding creating lots of Paint copy.

- TextShaper#shapeText
This does a text shaping and gives TextShaper.Result. This is a native backed primitive
shaping API.

- StyledTextShaper
This is a text shaper for a styled text. This will be the top-level developer facing
API for shaping text.

bdaca1c0c6 WifiManager: deprecate unused intent extras 
These extras stopped being populated in R, but it was
too late to make API changes. Officially deprecate
them for S.

ecc8fa8557 Avoid loading app icon bitmap when possible 
The layout file is using a CachingIconView for the app icon to avoid
reloading the icon when possible. But, the icon is being explicitly
loaded in MediaDataManager. This change eliminates this unnecessary
work.

6695525f1b Use the try catch to deal with the StaleDataException. 
When test the monkey, the mCursor is not null and the mCursor is Closed.
So that the mCursor cannot call the method of moveToPosition. Otherwise
it will lead to StaleDataException.

In order to prevent the android.database.StaleDataException and IllegalStateException,
use the try catch to deal with the StaleDataException and IllegalStateException.

Test:Perform the monkey test, and See if this android.database.StaleDataException will happen again when call the method of android.media.RingtoneManager#getRingtoneUri.
