61ba70f1d1 Fix system crash when ActivityEmbedding process died with pending events 
Before, when the organizer binder died, it will trigger TaskFragment
removal that can cause surface placement. Now, we make sure to cleanup
all pending events before removing organized TaskFragments.

5dafb54f14 Move the ActivityEmbedding Task visibility filter to the client 
Before, we only send TaskFragment info event to the client side when the
Task is visible, which may result some TaskFragments stuck in an
intermediate state. Now, we also send the info event to the client if
the app owns any visible Task, and let the client organizer to determine
if it wants to update the TaskFragments.

d34770e622 Keep track of the WCT changes to determine the transition type 
Before, we calculate the TransitionType based on the WCT, which may not
be accurate. For example, starting a new Activity to split may result
closing another TaskFragment.

Now, we keep track of where the WCT is started, and what exactly is
happening.

80c44686c2 Add AndroidX SpringAnimation library to core. 
This allows core libraries (such as predictive back progress animation)
to use spring animation.

Files in androidx/dynamicanimation/animation that are not copied over:

FlingAnimation.java - Unused atm
AnimationHandler.java - Replaced with the framework AnimationHandler
FloatPropertyCompat.java - Replaced with FloatProperty
FrameCallbackScheduler.java - Unused in framework AnimationHandler
