6116503243 Move UiEventLogger interface to modules-utils. 
This is so the soures can be accessed both fom framework and modules.
The implementation needs the local StatsLog, so cannot be reused.

9132c83aa4 Remove outdated display bounds calculation 
Since the display info computed by updateDisplayAndOrientation
will be sent to setDisplayInfoOverrideFromWindowManager, the
logicalWidth and logicalHeight are already the same as the
configuration bounds. So the removed code (mainly from commit
338374) are almost no-op or just produce a wrong intermediate
state and will be replaced with correct value immediately.

4a184e4b58 Add more logs for WindowContextController 
Change the mAttachedToDisplayArea from boolean to
int which should help us to know the reason when
there is a issue happened due to this flag.

Add more logs to clarify the exception reason when
WindowContextController calling attachToWindowToken
but the WindowTokenClient haven't been associated
with a display area.

5c22e835fc Fix NPE in updateActivityRecognizerTags(). 
ServiceInfo.metadata may be null when empty and we shouldn't crash the
system for this.

cae66a132c Move wm component initialization to shell main thread 
- Previously, mWMComponent.init() would make a blocking call to WMShell
  to initialize on the shell main thread.  We're expanding that to
  include the construction of the shell objects as well to provide
  a little more consistency and predictability on the shell side
  (ie. fetching some statics may seem safe, but actually aren't).
  We're continuing to recommending that ctors don't include any
  initialization logic though

e6a676af11 Update the Smartspace UI templates APIs. 
- Add the 3rd-line data in BaseTemplateData to support new Android T
  use case;
- Remove the optional constructor from Text for API review comments in
  b/218860086;
- Add SubItemLoggingInfo to support the sub-card logging on the base
  card.

eb8ca0d725 Fixed rotation for entering PIP with Shell transition 
Entering PIP rotation with orientation is changed to use fixed rotation,
so we need to update the animation as well.

Will update exiting PIP and swipe to enter in next cl
