af3ca90ae5 Skip shelf icon fade for low priority notifications 
Fix issue where low priority icons fade into the shelf
then immediately fade out into the dot.

Remove unused things

- openedAmount: originally added to fix cutout issue
  but we won't show the shelf near the cutout anymore

- expandedAmount: tweaks shelf transformation near the status bar
  but we won't show the shelf near the status bar anymore

- handleCustomTransformHeight: leftover from shelf-icon to notif-icon
  animation, which we already removed

d9eaeefb93 [incremental/pm] check for incremental apps when LauncherAppsService starts 
If an incremental app is not fully loaded before reboot, we need to keep
showing the loading progress after reboot. Previously we only register
the listener callback when the app is installed. Now we also register
the listener on reboot in LauncherAppsService.

b3e1bce06e Hide the expand container when it's not visible 
- Update the expand container margins when available actions change
- Also defer pressed state feedback until slight duration (like in
  scrolling containers)

Test: Try dragging pip with close menu, ensure no feedback is visible

af6f90bbf1 Fix worng value of 'TOTAL of Rss Total' when dumpsys meminfo 
Use memInfo.getTotalRss instead of memInfo.getTotalPss
to get the value of 'TOTAL of Rss Total'.
