bc94c3d524 Wrap IRemoteTransition in a parcelable to enable extra properties 
This is in preparation for attaching some extra meta information
to remote transitions (eg. process token). Most of this refactor
just replaces references to the raw interface with references
to the wrapper class.

There is also a small refactor in RemoteTransitionHandler to
better-manage death-recipients. It is possible to have >1 filter
and >1 pendings referencing the same remote simultaneously, so
this arrangement properly handles the 1-to-many possibility.

Test: refactor, so existing tests pass

a7c9bec46c Fixing a couple nav bar crashes 
- Reset the rotation button controller callback when detaching the nav
  bar (the callback can otherwise be called back)
- Only touch autohide if the controller is set (RotationButtonController
  update callback is set when initialized and not unset, so it too can
  callback into the nav bar view after it's been destroyed)
- Add workaround for issue where content provider can still callback
  the observer after the observer has been unregistered, but the msg
  has been posted to the handler (filed b/198002034 to track fw fix)
