534aef4d05 Fix bouncer to launcher/app animation 
This CL ensures that we don't show the keyguard early when unlocking the
phone from the bouncer after swiping up on the lockscreen.

4f59c38d83 Update the IllustrationPreference of SettingsLib. 
- Adjust the frame size of the LottieView. We set the frame height
  to 300dp and set the length of the short side of the screen to
  the width of the frame. In this way, LottieView has a fixed size
  to solve the problem of incorrect illustration spec.
- Set the importantForAccessibility value to noHideDescendants to
  avoid the a11y issue.

Test: robotest and see the UI.

4defdfaeb4 Refine the IllustrationPreference. 
- Remove the system color part of the adaptive colors.
- Add a flag to disable the adaptive colors feature.
- Update the minSdkVersion to 28.

5c8b13c47f Calculates the window height fraction on screen by the draggable bounds for magnification switch button 
In the previous change ag/14776093, the window height fraction used
"windowHeightFraction = (float) mParams.y / mWindowHeight;". And it
causes the  Y-position deviated after the rotation is changed.
To correct this, we used the draggable bounds to calculate the window
height fraction.
