USB MIDI: Use Thread.interrupt() to close threads
...
We start input threads before setting mIsOpen.
This means that sometimes, input threads immediately exit
due to a race condition.
The fix here is to remove the use of mIsOpen and use a new
mechanism with Thread.interrupt() and Thread.interrupted()
to mark a thread to be closed.

Launch app intent after unlock

While the taskview may embed a showWhenLocked activity, there is no
guarantee that launching the full activity will also have this
property. Instead, prompt for auth before launching the full intent.

This change protect getPlatformFileListForPrefix from
crashing when the directory exist but cannot be listed.
This generally happens when the caller doesn't have
enough permission to list.

Don't bring the Task to front when launching placeholder in background
...
If the secondary TaskFragment becomes empty, it may trigger to launch
the placeholder activity. If this happens when the Task is in the
background, we don't want the placeholder launch to bring the Task to
the front.
